D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019ne (www.who.int) g\u00f6re depresyon g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en yayg\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan birisi. Se\u00e7ilen herhangi bir zamanda topluma bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, n\u00fcfusun %5 ile %10 aras\u0131nda depresyonda olan ve bir uzman taraf\u0131ndan tedaviye ihtiyac\u0131 olan ki\u015filerden olu\u015ftu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca her be\u015f ki\u015fiden birinin hayat\u0131 boyunca depresyona yakalanma riski oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n

Depresyonun en \u00f6nemli belirtileri aras\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli olarak g\u00f6zlenen \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc, ilgisizlik, uyku ve i\u015ftah sorunu, bitkinlik, fiziksel aktivitelerde normal d\u0131\u015f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim, \u00f6zg\u00fcven eksikli\u011fi, konsantrasyon zorlu\u011fu ve ya\u015fama sevincinin olmamas\u0131 gelmektedir. Bu maddelerden en az 5\u2019inin g\u00f6zlenmesi, kesin olmamakla birlikte ki\u015finin depresyonda olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. B\u00f6yle bir durumda bu alandaki sa\u011fl\u0131k uzmanlar\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek ve tan\u0131 koyulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Rakamlarla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Depresyon<\/h3>\n
